Shipping Policy: 

Due to the handmade nature of our products, please allow 5-7 business days to process your order. The processing operation includes, product creation, label application, and securely packaging your products. This time frame does not include weekends and holidays. Once the label has been created you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Incorrect Shipping Information:

We will not be responsible, nor will a refund be issued for any packages mailed to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please ensure that the address on file is correct and includes apartment or suite number if applicable. If you do realize after completing your order that the address on file is incorrect, please send an email to contact@royalbreakthrough.com with your name and the correct address and we will make the necessary changes as long as the package is still in our possession.

Damaged or Incorrect Order:

In the event that you have received a damaged or incorrect item please send an email to contact@royalbreakthrough.com with your name, order number, and issue, within 48 hours of receiving the item, and we will efficiently investigate and resolve the issue. Photos maybe required.

Returns & Refunds:

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns & All Sales Are Final!
